24 hour cancellation/ rescheduling notice is required or deposit will be forfeited. Cancellations to be made via phone call only. If you cancel in less then 24 hrs your deposit is forfeited, booking a new appointment will require a new deposit.

Late Policy

We work with Appointments only, so it is very important that you are on time for your appointment.
We allow a 15minute grace period when late.
If you’re 16 - 30 minutes late you will be liable to pay a late fee of R50.
If you’re over 30 mins late your appointment will be cancelled and deposit forfeited.

Clean Lashes
Please arrive with clean lashes. No Mascara, no eye makeup.
If you wear contacts PLEASE remove them before we begin your service.
